2017 Moth-ing review

2017's not quite over yet but with 6 weeks of the year left, things are definitely quietening down, with the straggling Autumnal species on the wind down and the small selection of Winter species starting to emerge. 

As a lot of you know, this was the first year moth-ing since moving to Norfolk and starting a garden list from ZERO was actually quite satisfying. I didn't have a target number in mind but have (almost) finished the year on 382 species, and quite happy with that considering I missed a good 10-12weeks trapping during peak moth season due to work commitments.
